Charles, I second your opinion regarding complexity of financial terms of this agreement and `very material information' disclosed. It is definitely not the best financial terms for GRNO. But this is not about money... This is about building trust and an effort to prove the viability of the technology and get us out off the sh.... house... Like you said 'the ice is broken' and this is GREAT!!! GRNO is capable of building 3-4 machines this year. If AMBIX machine can only add about 100-200k (the subnote effect) to the bottom line and two more machines about 1.3mm each, we might end up with about 2.8mm net profit this year.. (Anybody can help with exact amount of shares issued up to date?) Good luck to ALL !!!
