The pundits on Wall Street Week all were positive, well except for one "elf" who went from bullish to neutral for the next six months. Your comment that "this market makes no sense" is appropriate - I'm getting more convinced every day that the market is not rational.

The only long term thing that is very very positive is that there is no inflation - and the future value of a dollar of earnings from a growth tech company is worth much more today if we have no inflation - so maybe what is what the market players are keying on.

In any event us small investors can take advantage of the non-rationality big time - institutions can't even come close with keeping up with the major indexes - for what it is worth here's my take on how bad mutual funds and investment newsletters are performance wise - www3.techstocks.com

Of course, with FSII I've had nothing to brag about performance wise, but we will - and the long term returns will be impressive I'm convinced.

Best - Joe
