Ricearoni has given back nothing since he set his options at 15 when the stock was over 20. Now that his options are nearly 30% out of the money he is going to try to get more money out of the company. Look for a significantly higher cash pay out. Also he probably trying to find a way to compensate himself to protect his assets from his creditors. They are circling in on Ricearoni and he probably wants cash that he can hide outside the country. Mr. Pink
