Jack:
I've read the stockhouse report. It's quite accurate, and perhaps even a little understated.
A group of us started calling in our certificates at the request of management a couple of months ago while accumulating more. I don't want to go into the numbers on the thread but suffice it to say of the 8MM in the public float the vast majority is in certificate form. IMO, you will see a squeeze here. How high, I don't know. Based on the chart I expect us to run again shortly and base in the $.70 to $.80 range before a squeeze occurs.
As was previously posted here, we've heard estimates of 3-5MM shares short. It's awfully difficult to calculate and the rules of the game definitely favor the shorters. According to my broker the only way to force the short to cover is to request more shares than are in the pool (public, free-trading float). As we get closer to that some shorts will begin to cover, in fact, I know that there has been some covering already.
These things take time and dedication though. If you're a shareholder and are not just here to flip, please request delivery of your shares. I expect some significant volatility in the coming weeks (as if it's not been already).
Management is requesting shareholders to register their shares as in the last news release...
Management continues to encourage its shareholders to register their ownership with American Registrar and Transfer Company in Salt Lake City, UT. The Company will continue to send news to registered owners. We welcome our many new shareholders.
Fundamentally we're looking rather strong too ($1.50 to $2.00), although you've got to do some decent DD to determine that. IMU that the company will become a reporting company this month with the filing of its financials to the SEC.

P.S. Perhaps all of us that have certificates in hand should get together and figure out what we hold here, voluntarily of course. Management has no responsibility to tell us what's on their list from the transfer agent and it's prudent for them to keep their cards close to their chest. If those of us with certs put our numbers together, the actual certifcate number, the time it was requested, and when it was delivered, we could probably get a fair estimate of where we are. If those of you with certificates think it's a good idea, just send me a private message and we'll work at doing it. |
