Terry, no idea, intellectually I know there is a lot of value with these spin off's, however it seems to be so much work to go through the filings that I just can't get around to it. It could become a full time job (which I already have one), my game plan would be to 1. either buy most of these Pre-spins(I think the parts are greater than the wholes) 2. Value the pieces and then try and buy the undervalued pieces after the spin off. The only thing I have done with spin offs so far is buy pre spin when it seems pretty clear that the price will go up.
