Good morning Babs.

I have a few serious questions for you. Hope I can get some serious answers. Of the entire Assholio horde that has descended upon us, I think I like you best (not that that's saying much, but anyway). The reason I say this is that you are at least honest enough to admit that you neither know anything about this company nor do you care. You are playing this strictly based on Assholio's track record. Fair enough. I might question the ethics of such activities (and have) but I think that I would be pissing in the wind with you folks considering that I'm on the other side of this battering ram. I would also need to tear through the monuments of rationalization that some of you have built around your market ethics. Just not worth it. (Of course, some in your group are so amoral that rationalization isn't even necessary. Our good friend Viper and his overlord Assholio come quickly to mind as fine examples.) Anyway, end of lecture.

I assume from your posts that you are still short KRY (duh). What I would like to know is at what price level do you see yourself covering? At what point does the risk begin to outweigh the reward of riding this wave? Also, w/o knowing much about this company, how do you intelligently decide when you have reached this exit point? Or will you base your exit on your read of the herd (and I do not mean to disparage anyone with that remark -- we all know that market forces like this are driven by herd mentalities).

Oh, and one last question. Someone else here (sorry, I forget who) brought up an interesting point. Given the complete amoral nature of this Assholio character, how do you know that he isn't manipulating you to his own advantage? When you and your friends have driven the price low enough for him to cover, he does a 180 and goes long. He then announces that due to new information that he has just received he now believes that he was wrong about KRY or, alternatively, he knows that the SC will rule in KRY's favour and just waits for the decision. And guess what? You guys get nailed in the short squeeze of the century (which he then happily rides back up)! Unlikely you say? He would get into legal trouble you say? Kinda like the legal trouble he's currently in with KRY (which you ever so lightly brush off) dontcha think? And he couldn't possibly have off-shore accounts to hide his market activity now could he? Nah, didn't think so.

Now, I'm not saying that this is what's going to happen, but shouldn't you consider all possibilities? Be careful who you get into bed with Babs.

I am motivated by obvious self-interest in asking you these questions. But you have been honest up till now and so I trust that you will be honest in answering these questions.

Thank you.
