Eddy, A bad manager could have taken those excellent Marlins, and turned them into bumbling idiots and they may have still won the World Series. It would have been a lot more difficult, though. For a successful company, you need both good earth and good management.

Your point isn't lost on me; the resource is what this company is about, but better management (or even great management) will provide a better image, better promotion, a better use of funds and should play an active role in helping to push exploration and later, development, along. In short better leadership.

"Everyone seems to think that new mgt. is going to send KRT to new highs when in fact it won't make any difference at all in the long run" You may be right, but with good management, the long run shouldn't be as far away.

Regards
Dave Rowe
