pink, Read the 8k. Compensation method to be redetermined, and presented to shareholders for approval. ACRT has just given this and all future incentive compensation packages to the shareholders for final determination. The man will get paid his due. Only, it will not happen by the dilution of the float by 20%. As that 20% has already been factored into the price, ACRT effectively removed 20% of the float everybody has been unofficially using for months. What to pay him with? He wants stock. Where will it come from. The company can buy it on the open market cheaper than it can give it to him as his option deal. Management personalities already own 35% of ACRT. They want the price to be where it properly belongs. They have lost more than anyone on this bearraid. The stockholders want the price to return to it's proper value, as well. Management and stockholders are totally in agreement on this, so... Adios, pink and co
