Henry you are so right. We can only hope they just get it over with. Dc Katz is of self distructing in public..... (diabolical plan?). please.... it seems his board don't like him, his colleagues at Quidel don't like him, his three former cFo's don't like him. Healthmed walked off and left him hanging. I don't know but I am looking forward to reading the proxy....objectively but you know how difficult to read these materials tend to be?. luis
