Matt, the point I was trying to make about OISI is this: NASDAQ de-listing of OISI stock would probably lead to investor's selling out. If that were my company, and a decent offer came my way to sell out and not have to deal with the problems of de-listing, I'd be inclined to take the money and run. PLSIA has a motivated seller. That, IMHO was positive for PLSIA during negotiations, and, until closing the deal.
