Maybe I had low expectations, but I didn't find the c/c that bad. I finally got around to listen last night. I was expecting the worse but it was not that bad in my opinion. Sure, the prepared part was read [it always is]. Some answers were given confidently and quickly. However, no doubt McGinis feels bad about the $1.20 guidance as he really stumbled over the answer to that question. I suspect that one thing not said is that they really struggled with C&L over proper accounting, which accounted for the delay. But that's behind us now. The only thing we have ahead is that ECGOF will now be paying lots more taxes in '98 which will make the net income per share growth not that exciting this year. So in some ways the stock is properly valued but we should see good growth in the future given that the company stays on track. Michael
