Donkeyman: IMO, any JV that is adhered to is going to require some sort of cash insertion into the JV by all parties that are involved...

ie: Teck is earning it's interest into DML by conducting the drill programs at a minimal cost (of sorts) to all DML JV party's...

I'm almost positive that there would be costs that are pro-rated by all partners depending on the structure of said JV's... Even the MGJ, CYP and NAI had to put in it's share last fall...

All said and done, I'm further convinced that, that is why LAB has done a PP and granted 1 mill shares in options...Whatever deal they structure, with whomever, they are gonna be ready with the cash...

Unfortunately it does cause further dilution of shares, but unless a company has tangible assets, it's one of the only ways (that I can think of at this point in time), that it can raise the required capital needed, to conduct exploration/drilling programs...

It's a lot different, than just walking into a bank and getting a mortgage on a piece of real estate or a loan on a car...

That's why these puppies are called junior specs
