What AMAZON.COM is to books, DIGITAL RIVER is to software. Digital River could well be ONE OF THE HOTTEST E-COMMERCE IPO'S of 1998, and IMO TECH-SQUARED (TSQD) could skyrocket in anticipation of the IPO or a spin-off of Digital River stock to TSQD shareholders. As the sales of Digital River continue to accelerate with the just announced funding of $8 million, the eventual market cap of Digital River could be in the HUNDREDS OF MILLIONS, and approach the market cap of AMAZON of over $1 BILLION as Digital River continues to grow, and becomes discovered by Wall Street.
