I totally agree with you Henry. I am concerned that over the years most of the current board members and the new CEO have not had enough faith and enthusiasm to invest even one penny in Lidak. Can one say their heart is in it to the degree Katz's is. He has not only devoted his work to it, his money, but he has vision and faith and enthusiasm. Sure, he's not perfect; he should have told us more about healthmed, who they had in mind as new board members, why they were not more definitive in their commitment, etc, etc. At this point I too would support him, rather than the board, in a proxy fight.
