LE, I may be naive, but my gut instinct tells me this whole story is above board. Rome wasn't built in a day. Companies don't build solid foundations overnight. I'm sure there have been let downs, setbacks, delays, but goals are like that. If it were easy we'd all be Warren Buffets living on easy street. Progress is the key. From my limited time here I have seen substantial progress. I understand I am not going to convince the skeptics here nor do I want to. Those with more DD skills and market savvy than I are more than capable of making their own investing decisions. Personally, I like what I am seeing and hearing and have made my commitment. When I see something I don't like, I will weigh the impact pros and cons and make another decision at that time to hold or sell. Con Artists are a dime a dozen on these threads. No one is going to put any shares into my hands nor shake them out based on unfounded skepticism, misleading supposition or a few written lines on an SI thread.
