Steve! Wha' the heck are you talking about? Which debenture, there have been several? As for the latest with Caye Chapel, I think it was on the most favorable terms I have yet heard for a debenture. Unless Burditt or Timmins have buddies in Las Vegas, we know that Caye Chapel did not make such a loan out of the goodness of it corporate heart. What the quid pro quo will be, I haven't a clue. To answer your question, I have no proof that any options have been exercised, and have never stated anything about said subject to begin with. Have a happy, care-free weekend! Rick
