I don't know if Fleetwood would count toward RVs per se in your assessments, but you might want to look into this company.

Fleetwood is in the process of remodeling/replacing all of the Fort Wilderness Homes at Disney World, an ongoing project for the last several months. Dizzy leases those homes, I believe, and Fleetwood is responsible for the upkeep beyond typical maintenance and housekeeping.

Anyway, the new homes are really lovely, and a significant improvement over the older ones. If this is an indication of their future potential, then it might behoove you to check 'em out. :)
