Pappy It does no good to send messages. It's almost as if they are living in another world. I've sent email after email over ten years and the only thing they do is give me complimentary phone calls telling me how great things are, and send me literature. If that pot gets any bigger, the whole organization will fall in. The only thing they need is a Businessman over there with a marketing plan. Also, they better perfect the technology ( or buy it ) to get them back to the state of the art equipment. It is the only way they will get a jump on the VISX momentum at this point.
