India dosent know of any slowdowns, Although it is affecting them somewhat as their currency has not dropped so things are more expensive, massive growth taking place and Novell moved all their development there, has some huge MSFT dev centers too. Massive growth in malayasia too, compares to their neighbour Indonoasia its heaven there but the average person still chugs along. I had some AMAT calls that did very well in the time I had been gone. Might be worth taking a look at hedging strategies on comanies like LONG AMAT/SHORT AFL since no matter what the bad news AMAT wont fall nearely as much compared to AFL but can go UP a lot more than AFL with good news.
