From the Yahoo Board--

Prompted by the recent new coverage by DLJ, I called the company today. I spoke to both Lisa Peterson, the Investor Relations Cooridinator and Don Fredrick, VP/CFO.

Lisa mentioned a few things:
--They very recently have added a new V.P. of Worldwide Sales and Marketing. Expect a press release shortly. This is a newly created position. Strong experience.

--confirmed that company remains on track to hit $0.30 or better for Q1'98.

--confirmed that company remains on track to $51 million in sales for Q1'98.

--Additional capacity will be added to Thailand facility later this year.

--BofA/Robert Stephens maintains a buy on the company.

--Needham maintains a strong buy on the company.

--Hambrecht and Quist maintains a buy on the company.

Don mentioned a few things:
--Although their focus is on expanding existing business relationships, there are several new customers in the works that he could not comment on. As these new customers are finalized they will be announced.

--All continues as stated in the January conference call. Nothing has changed. Sales for Q1'98 to be flat to slightly down from Q4'97. Comfortable with $51 million in revenue for Q1'98.
