Hope all is well in Paris and the Alps. I think INTC's announcemnt last week will have a delayed reaction (like last May and October) on the sector.

Right now a ton of money is coming into the market, year end bonus's (unlike the financial institutions on wall street most corporate bonus's for 1997 will be paid out this week (need to be by March 15, for the tax deduction on last years return, 12/31 year end companies only, and it takes this long for board approval and the filtering down to layers of management) and IRA deposits up to April 15th.

Also at this point consumers thinking about buying a PC will wait until windows 98 release which is to be in the next 6 weeks or so (without justice department delays).

With those worries our economy is still going gangbusters.
