If I ran a large fund I would buy a stock.
When it peaked I would go on CNN and say BUY.
I would unload my position and buy a undervalued stock like TD.
When a stock I would like to own bottomed I would go on CNN and say SALE.
I would watch it oversale and wait for it to start back up before
buying it. A stock usually forms a base before recovering it does not happen overnight.

They said BUY DELL last week. Its due a correction after it splits
and the average joe gets their position. Large institutions will start saling it.

Someday there may be no CPQ or DELL just INTC. You'll have a chip on your desk the size of a pack of cigarettes and it will cost $100.
