Don't you know anything about the procedures for reporting flow rates? Ever hear of the Railroad Commission?? They have to approve the rate of production. There are procedures to follow in reporting production numbers or the reporting company will look like idiots to every other oil company and the API.

There are only 3.5 million shares outstanding and as far as I know all of the debentures, save the latest, have been purchased and will not be optioned.
