I just installed and ran the software OK.

Not very impressed ... Mostly definitions that you can find at the educational section of the CBOE site and a very limited pricing model.

You can find easier to use and better free models on the net by doing a search. I normally use the option tools built into my Metastock charting program.

In summary, I don't think you are missing much, if you can't get it to work.
