We're already over 3.5m and in my opinion climbing-will look for the TA's # and if you mean give or take 300K,well thats 8% of the outstanding(based on your 3.5m number)-8% of the value of your shares. When dealing with sub 10M outstanding numbers,a few hundred thousand shares is quite a bit.(hell,8% is considered just a little below the DOWs yearly average gain ,over its life-in some circles,a good year).DD
