Short term, Merrill made a good call. Longer term, time will tell. The trend in low-cost PC is going to stimulate demand in components. This will result in higher assembly capacity needs to assemble silicon into the packaged form. KLIC should benefit.

What is the downside risk of KLIC? Any comments?
