i know what you mean by scattered thoughts, i go to the kitchen only to forget why i went there. the wife insists on writing me lists, but i tell her i do not need those type of crutches at my age. then i have to call her from the store for the 5 items she sent me for, normally i can normally remember 3 and find 7 other items i did not realize i needed.

i look forward to your answer, and add ginko biloba to the list. it has done wonders for me when i can remember to take it.
