Considering we have heard little about the SEC investigation, I'd say it has been confidential. We don't even know if BAT has turned all the required documents over to the SEC. Knowing there is an investigation and knowing what goes on in the investigation are two different things. I'm happy we were told their was an investigation.

The fact all this came to a head at one time and destroyed BAAT's price says more about Ole Joe's leadership skills than anything. It's my opinion, Ole Joe blew an excellent shot at getting some real financing going for BAT by not having company affairs in order with the SEC. The last time I talked to BAT I detected reluctance on the behalf of BAT to work through the SEC and this brings into question whether or not it ever will get listed on the NASDAQ.
