patrick...you missed everything I am pointing out i said on quotecom there was NO TRADE it showed 0 but it showed 1042 at 17:21 EST Friday whereas when it trades it shows 1 I dont claim that Globex trades on friday night...what I do say is this My whole point is that the CME site is confusing..(and yes when you go to the site on the URL that I found...it doesnt clarify what trades on Friday night and what doesnt ...so if you hit that part and cant find the other...you are still confused) it doesnt even agree on when globex ends trading...you claim 800...CNBC and Bloomberg claim 815 ...you say Bloomberg and CNBC are wrong... and CME says 800 AND 815... My whole point is the indication is 1042....if globex ends up dropping on the futures for SP8H and ND8H sunday then this indicator has validity with quote com IF it trades around the close...then it doesnt... because the quote.com number is close to the close of the globex as of 3:25 CST on CME WHICH IS AFTER THE CLOSE...I am telling people not to get confused about the numbers...I had no idea if there was trading til 3:25 on Globex on friday....I had no idea when the info came out from CPQ..and maybe it was before the time indicated on quote.com for that quote and before 3:25 CST.. and when I saw info that was almost identical for an indication of a close of the Sp8H on CME Globex and quote.com end of day (both around a 15 point drop from fridays close) it confused me...DO YOU GET IT???? I am not an expert... THATS IT.... there are some people out there that do get confused and arent experts like you and even the web site is confusing..thats great that you are an expert.... but I still dont know when the futures end in the morning... I guess I will write CME and see if mark haines and Bloomberg are wrong and you are right....I guess you are right since you are the expert..but I would like independent clarification since there are conflicting pieces of data... btw, CME conflicts with your data ...1057.20 is the settlement price...Quote. com show settlement price as well...
