I would ignore Dan's tease, but this post of his is thoughtful.

I find the points he raised here convincing and worthy of
serious consideration. To sweep all negative issues away with
some grand conspiracy theory sounds like idle bar talk to me.

Does Joe in fact have a problem with handling all the responsibilities
to make a company function and appear stable and accountable enough for large companies to do business with them now? -- there may be questions raised here that have undermined potential deals.
