The following table I have shown once or twice before. In one way
it is easy enough to read, but as always, I have a hard time
understanding the results. The table shows Friday's closing price,
the percent change from the previous week, and the PE for this year
and next year. The PE figures are based on the most recent updates
of earnings from Zacks.

I have left 5 of the 37 companies off this list. They are SUBM,
PHTN, NANO, TRKN and TGAL. They either had no predicted next year
earnings or the predicted earnings were negative. Near the bottom
of the table, CFMT, WFR and WJ have no listed "this year" PE's
since they are either zero or negative. The stock table is sorted
by next years PE ratio as opposed to percent performance for the week.

There seems to be very little, or no correlation with the PE ratios
and the amount each stock suffered last week. Some of the table
entries with very good PE ratios at the top of the table had very
large percentage losses last week. Some of the stocks with higher
PE predictions at the bottom of the table did not lose nearly as
much percentage wise. I have tried this technique before and have
obtained the same result.
