Honestly John, I don't know. I understand that there are rules about these, I hope HSSI is shortable some day - I'll do some research on this. I guess I'm just suggesting this as a possibility for recovery - I don't have any faith in the courts as a method for investors in $5 and under stocks. I think people think that we are supposed to get ripped off. Its just part of the low-priced stock game. We must all make a fortune the other 1/2 of the time. I know I'm out of this game. Its 'low and slow' for me from now on - big companies - slow growth - get rich slow.
