want management to give achievable forecasts, not pie in the sky. We were promised a "return to historic levels" of revenue. They did not achieve that.

I remember posts from the shareholders meeting where Par or other management stated that historical revenues meant 32-36 million. They came up with 30 million and had a two million dollar order changed on them. In my opinion, that's too close to doubt the integrity of management. I'm pretty happy they came close and even managed cover their fixed costs on such low revenue.

It's your opinion and money though. I just think shorting it is drastic on your part. Do you always do this to companies you own? Sell and then short? I've never heard of someone doing this.
