HI Stonehenge, It does not make any sense to sue Intel or Compaq. These are just bad times and the two leaders are going through a rough period. I have a large position with Intel and feel just as comfortable with it now for the long term as I did when I first bought the stock. If we sued every company that had a few bad quarters and threw out their ceo's we would have chaos and overall detriment to the health and stamina of the company.
