I got the same reaction.. If I were to believe any of the speculation on this thread in the last 100 posts, it would be.. CPQ's problem is DELL's success in the server and desktop business. I can believe that there is some perception out there that CPQ has it's hands full with DEC and Tandem .. not to mention their BTO is not up to speed.. Business buyers of servers and desktops would prefer to deal with DELL that already has it's support system in place and working.. Why take a chance on CPQ.. I don't see price as an incentive to put yourself in jeopordy... Just my view.
