Its always hard to guage the ultimate reason (or reasons) for insider selling of stock (diversification of portfolio, stock options as part of salary, etc). However when more than a couple of insiders are selling at the same time that could be a more telling sign. As insiders they definitely have more insight into the near-term fortunes of the company.

Because of the capacity constraints of THRX and the huge run up in the last two months I would wait to buy on a pullback (I'm betting we will see high40's-low 50's before we see 70's). THRX seems to have a resistance point whenever it nears a PE of 100 (with EPS of .66 I would expect $66 to be heavy resistance). I think later on in 98 when 5 or 6 cyclos are up and running THRX will trade higher ( I think they may earn more than the consensus 98 EPS of around $.83 a share).

However, the biggest concern may be market risk itself as the higher the overall market rises (with more expectations attached)the greater the chance of a sell-off (so far all those sell-offs have been buying opportunities). Interesting to see how the markets react to the Compaq announcement (so far has just about shrugged off the Intel and Motorola disappointments). Sorry for the length of my response to such a simple question <g>.
