Bill, I'm not sure if your post was directed to me or not but I'll give you my 2 cents worth. My understanding of the 5 dollar requirement is that their is some level of tolerance on NASDAQ's part. The price was above 5 for something near 15-20 days at the time of the application and the recent downward pressure has been directly related to Meyerson's selling of their holdings. I believe "guilty with an explanation" is all that would be required if the recent price comes under question. I'm sure we would still be at that level if Meyerson continued to hold. - Pat
