One mystery solved!

John Young received a $10,000 per week consulting fee from the beginning of the fiscal year until April 1997 (page 11 of the annual meeting notice). People often ask on this thread whether or not Young is still receiving his $10k per week. Apparently he's not. The next logical question is "what did the shareholders get for their $10k payments to Director Young?"

A couple of other tidbits from the meeting notice: The board has been reduced from seven members to six (page 3, no reason given) and Director (Ian) Wilson resigned from the board in February 1998 (page 12, no reason given).

Has anyone heard of Wilson's resignation or the circumstances that surrounded it? I haven't seen any announcement. Wouldn't you just love to find out what goes on behind closed doors at board meetings?
