What I am saying is that the fund managers, or the institutions had a chance to sell their shares in the after hour market ofFriday, any emotional fund managers or institutions want to sell probably already at this point , Monday probably will be a big damping day, and a lot of buying orders will flow in, and it is the starting point to squeeze the shorts. I do not know the exact closing price of Monday, but my logical guess will be pretty much close to Friday's after hour's closing price, and maybe higher. Because the bad news had already reflected in the stock price in the last few weeks(30% correction from $37), and the downward pressure has already been released(people wanted to sell has already sold). And if you short the stock , or still hold your short position at this price level, your potential profit is very limtted and the risk is very high. I think any logical investors will think his way. |
