Jeff, It's possible that the delay with the GM contract is causing some of this down trend. It's still trading on low volume, so I don't think we have a huge problem yet. If volume picks up and the stock continues its downward slide, that would be cause for concern. With earnings at 1.40 and considering its high growth rate, I feel this company deserves a P/E of at least 20.
