Laz I have been told total shares 16.5 million with float of 6.5 of those million....The stock acts and behaves about right for that amount of shares...I have level ll and there was almost total buying Friday afternoon clear up to the end of the day...IR says that we still have even bigger news yet to come.....Don't know what but I am hearing rumors about talks with some Majors with regards to a JV on this last release...Do you own DD and then decide what is good for you....Jim
