Revenues for February:

Las Vegas, Nevada, Teletek, Inc announced today record revenues
for its subsidieary Hi-Rim Communications, Inc. Revenue for
the month of February totaled approximately $6.5 million,
a 25% increase from the previous month and approximately
a 1360% increase over February of last year. In addition,
the Company announced three significant operational developments. . First, Hi-Rim accepted delivery of its new DSC Communications DEX 600SC switching system in Kansas City on March 1st, installation of the customer base and commencement of traffic will begin approximately March 20th. Also, Hi-Rim purchased a new IBM AS400 Model 9406-510. This computer system is eight times more powerful than the present system and can handle up to $20 million dollars per month in invoicing, which will reduce the time necessary for invoicing by approximately 75%. Finally, Hi-Rim has doubled the size of its switching facilities at its Las Vegas switching center to accomodate its rapid growth.

Based on the February sales performance of its subsidiary Hi-Rim Communications, Inc., the Company has revised its revnue projections from $12 million to approximately $17 million for the quarter ending March 31, 1996. This would represent an increase of approximately 960% from the same quarter last year.
