If you mean Tony, ''sceptic" might be a better term. That said, I do not think it is entirely clear that Tony is bearish on Ligand....

It might also be instructive to bear in mind that most of the analysts and traders on Wall Street have a very limited grasp of molecular biology and they need to hear a very convincing story which can be understood in every day language before they commit millions to a stock.
