It was clear in my mind that the 10K a week ended or was reduced some time ago...per IR way up thread somewhere. If I understand he gets an extra 80K over the other BOD members a year now? Is there a definition of the role of a vice-chairman published anywhere?

There is some significant construction planned or taking place for Provo also right, or am I thinking of another company?
