Wow, what a rogue's thread&#133("Better Living Through Roguery"?)&#151no wonder I find it cozy. I suppose it was a particular person of the Stupid persausion who sent you up the river, dollface (they always say "dollface" in B/W movie jail scenes). Well, you know my whole spiel about how everybody has a right to be stupid, so I won't bore you with taht. But in cases like this, I believe TED says it best, &#147Sure is a pretty day.&#148

As pertaining to the topic&#151my own suggestion is this (and sorry if somebody already stated what seems logical):

Si Admin should be implored for the following:
1. Regular stock threads should be vigorously moderated&#151after all, taht's waht the paying clientele is here for.

2. The 'coffee shop' niceties should be under an 'Enter at own risk' policy.

The exceptions would be simple:

1. A poster is being just plain vulgar with no apparent contribution.
or
2. The thread founder, excercising some slight control (as they started the conversation), should ask that the poster be removed only from taht thread.

When you get out, let's get together and go knock off a bank. <gg>
