What's going on? Sell off a company, give all the proceeds to shareholders, then reacquire the company and do a 200 for 1 reverse split and throw in some warrants for holders that held 30 days before announcement? Man, I'm glad I don't own this stock. Maybe it all makes money for the shareholders, but I'm getting a headache just trying to figure it out!!
