I would argue that at a p/e of 24 the over all market is "way over done" on the upside as well.(based upon historical averages of 14 for the blue chips) These things tend to travel to extremes, it was hard to believe that APCC was at 8 bucks a share just a year and 1\2 ago wasn't it??? Don't get me wrong, I don't make predictions, I just decide at what price I might pick shares up and stay by that, even if it takes years.
