E-schwab's hourly chart shows no trades above 10 after the market opened, but does give 10.39 as the hi of the day. I assume that was a pre-market opening instinet trade, perhaps the activation of a GTC buy order? Whatever, the buyer has some reason to feel unhappy. At any rate, there do not appear to have been any trades anywhere near the 10 level from market open at 9:30 EST until very late in the day.
