Night Writer,

One potential problem with the formula is that it assumes that the correct value ratio between the A and B blocks is the same as the ratio of the bandwidth difference (1150/150=7.67). Based on Round 45 figures, the A/B ratio is sometimes more and sometimes less than the predicted ratio of 7.67. See below:

Chicago: 55.20/6.96 = 7.93 PMSA Value: $110,067,550 = $6.88/share

San Fran: 31.10/6.51 = 4.78 PMSA Value:$56,911,300 = $3.56/share

Phil.: 32.13/7.22 = 4.45 PMSA Value: $51,342,550 = $3.21/share

L.A.: 36.01/13.46 = 2.68 PMSA Value: $21,473,800 = $1.34/share

Dallas: 24.13/7.71 = 3.13 PMSA Value: $29,067,550 = $1.82/share

Boston: 34.24/3.28 = 10.43 PMSA Value: $152,255,050 = $9.52/share

Let's hope that the ratio in New York is more like Chicago and Boston than like Los Angeles and Dallas!
