I believe CAMBIOR is slowly accumulating ZAPPA shares for a posible take-over, as they obviously know alot more than we do.
I would appreciate some feedback on this topic, as I believe there is huge potencial here for a major discovery.
Also DEAN, would it be possible for this deposit to extend to the southern occurances which is what? 20 kilometers or so to the south.
Could someone post the new map including these property's. Thank you in advance.

ACQUISITION OF SHARES OF ZAPPA RESOURCES LTD.
Cambior Inc. ("Cambior") announces that, on July 18, 1997, it purchased 491,508 common shares of
Zappa Resources Ltd. ("Zappa") by exercise of a share purchase warrant issued to Cambior on
February 10, 1997. As a result of this transaction, Cambior is the beneficial owner of 2,799,200
common shares of Zappa representing approximately 14% of Zappa's outstanding common shares,
and holds a share purchase warrant with respect to 1,816,184 common shares of Zappa.
The share purchase warrant was issued to Cambior pursuant to a private placement which closed on
February 10, 1997. Pursuant to the private placement, Cambior acquired 2,307,692 common shares
of Zappa and a share purchase warrant with respect to 2,307,692 common shares of Zappa.
The acquisitions of shares in Zappa by Cambior on February 10, 1997 and July 18, 1997 have been
made for investment purposes. Cambior may in the future increase its beneficial ownership of, control
or direction over, any securities of Zappa by acquisition of shares upon i) further exercise of its share
purchase warrant; ii) private placement; iii) stock market trade; and/or iv) in any other manner.

shares of Zappa Resources Ltd. ("Zappa") by means of a private placement. As a result of this
transaction, Cambior is the beneficial owner of 6,399,200 common shares of Zappa representing
approximately 27% of Zappa's outstanding common shares, and still holds a share purchase warrant
with respect to 1,816,184 common shares of Zappa.
This acquisition of shares in Zappa by Cambior has been made for investment purposes. Cambior may
in the future increase its beneficial ownership of, control or direction over, any securities of Zappa by
acquisition of shares upon i) an exercise of its share purchase warrant; ii) a private placement; iii) a
stock market trade; and/or iv) in any other manner.
